Introduction
Dutoit Agri invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Creditors Clerk at our finance office in Ceres, Western Cape. This role forms part of a dynamic finance team and reports directly to the Financial Manager.
Job description
- Full creditors function (accounts payable)
- Liaising with suppliers and administrative offices on farms
- Performing various additional administrative tasks as required
Minimum requirements
- A relevant post-matric diploma or degree in Finance or Administration
- Above-average Excel skills; experience in Microsoft Business Central will be advantageous
- Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office programs
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a creditors or financial clerk
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good time management and self-organization skills
