Introduction
Dutoit Vegetables is looking for a dynamic and detail orientated Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in a fast paced agricultural environment, with a strong focus on Sales, Logistics and Exports.
Job description
- Supporting the sales and marketing team in daily operations
- Coordinating and administering local and export sales processes
- Managing and following up on logistics including transport, documentation and deliveries
- Handling export related documentation and ensuring compliance with requirements
- Liaising with clients, agents and service providers
- Assisting with general administration and reporting within the Marketing Department
Minimum requirements
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in marketing, sales, logistics and exports
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Computer literacy in MS Office with experience in marketing or logistics systems such as Vitrax and BC being advantageous
- A valid driver’s licence will be beneficial
